With over 20 years in international logistics, I’ve helped companies expand, transform, and deliver across continents — supporting strategic growth in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East. Throughout my career, I have successfully led the setup and integration of new offices, teams, and logistics systems across diverse regions — including South Korea, Guyana, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Poland, and Germany. I’ve led teams of up to 15 direct and 60 indirect reports, ensuring seamless execution and delivery in highly regulated sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
