I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I am not comfortable with settling so I always look for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. I love trying new things, creating new methods, and introducing new ideas. In my current role, I have been apart of several projects to drive career development for associates within Customer Care and keep customers satisfied with my ability to provide an outstanding customer experience. I have a technical aptitude and agility to learn database systems and web-based platforms. I am highly motivated and dedicated to contributing to the growth and success of the company with all the competencies I possess.
