Innovative approach and 'Can do' attitude characterise my activities, be them cement and concrete laboratory testing, green solutions for the construction industry, renewable pattern decorative aggregate landscapes or even gear shift systems for bicycles (scalable up to wind turbines) offering instant changes with uninterrupted torque delivery. In the past 25 years I took part in many British and international research projects, activities of the Centre for the Advancement of SMEs in the East of Scotland Concrete Construction Industry and was Trade Fair Manager of International Concrete Congresses in Dundee. I lead the laboratory of the Scottish Marine and Renewables Testing Centre equipped with µCT, XRF, XRD, BET, MIP, IC, TG-IR and other state-of-the-art instruments to literally look inside specimens and reveal their properties.
