About Laszlo Juhasz

I am a Managing Director and Senior Partner at the Budapest office of Boston Consulting Group. I also head BCG in Central and Eastern Europe, leading the business in Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Southeastern Europe, and Romania. Since joining BCG in I have advised leading international and local companies in CEE, supporting them in developing and implementing their strategies. My primary focus is helping key clients in various sectors in the CEE region in their transformations and operational improvement programs. I am a core member of the Industrial Goods, Financial Institutions, Insurance, People & Organization, and Consumer practices. Prior to BCG, I worked as a manager in the treasury departments of Alcoa, Fundamenta, and Cora. I am also the lead partner of BCG’s Integrom program, a private-sector/civil-society partnership created to provide qualified Roma applicants access to corporate careers. The Roma is Hungary’s largest ethnic minority.
