Courses taught are Leadership, Design Thinking, Innovation, and Organizational Behavior. Specializes in designing and conducting Personal Growth and Leadership Labs. Pioneered Vishwas, an initiative for creating Psychological Safe Spaces and nurturing mental well-being. Practising psychologist with hours of counselling. With 20+ years of corporate training and consulting includes designing and delivery of Management Development programs on Leadership Development and Building High Performing Teams across industries. Passionate about Women Leadership and co-directed an 18 month Women Leadership program co-created with Mahindra and Mahindra experts which won them the UNGCNI Award for Best Innovative Practices for successfully implementing a first of its kind Women Leaders Program. Research interest lies in the areas of Leadership, Pedagogic Innovations, Organisational Commitment, Emotional Intelligence, Psychological Safety and Design Thinking and Innovation. Recent research in exploring Personality factors in the cyber security compliance behaviour to better understand the intersection of psychology and technology. Published articles and cases in peer-reviewed journals. Awarded an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship from European Union and was also associated with European Business School, Germany as an external contributor for Quest 3C an Interdisciplinary simulation. Conducted Leadership Labs for students across programs at the Reutlingen University, Germany. Completed a certificate course from Harvard Business School on Global Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning and a certificate course on Leadership Beyond Boundaries and Training the Trainers program on Leadership Development from Centre for Creative Leadership, USA. My stint in the role of Strategic Advisor to Dapps Inc. has ignited interest in understanding the impact of Emerging Technologies on Leadership and Team Dynamics.
