I am proud to say that two members of my former team were promoted to my former supervisory positions at my last work assignment. • Continuous Improvement: Conducted over 45 annual and performance reviews, resulting in an annual 8-point increase in key leadership behaviors (respect, inspire, develop, celebrate), and implemented eight team members leadership development plan with my first year. • Safety Adherence: Prioritized safety compliance program (InFocus) to execute workplace observations, daily safety audits according to the merchandise safety SOPs, and provide celebrations/ recognitions for safety milestones. • Strategic Collaboration: Partnered with vendors and merchandising managers for successful execution of 30+ ad sets, through efficient merchandise planning we increased quarterly sales by 20% or 700K across four merchandising departments.
