I am a Post Doctoral Fellow from IIT Madras, Department of Management Studies and the Alumnus of IIT Madras. One among the two Post Doctoral fellows in Management. I have a MBA Global degree, with distinction, and am an Alumnus of Deakin University, Australia, top 1% of B- School with QS Ranking of 271. My Core competencies include People management, Strategy and Leadership. Passion for continuous learning and excellence; and imparting high levels of motivation. During my leadership, got 3 cycles of NBA Accreditation, NAAC A+ accreditation. I have conducted various MDPs and FDPs and Business Simulation Competition for Students and Corporate. I have been a resource person for Time Management, Motivation technique, Emotional intelligence, Transactional analysis, FIRO-B exercise for bank officials, junior engineers of JSW Steels Limited. Consultancy and training services provided for KMC Constructions, TN State planning cell, Salem District cooperative bank, JSW Steels Ltd, for junior and senior level engineers on competency mapping and on key skill areas.
