This wasn't just an org chart update; it was about creating a new operating model to transform the ways of working and mindset globally. How I drive value- Strategic Architecture: I don't just manage the status quo; I design the future. I build operating models that connect people, processes, and strategy, ensuring the organization moves in one cohesive direction- Driving Execution: I make strategy real. From leading complex Data Model implementations to managing country-wide integrations, I orchestrate high-stakes initiatives while ensuring daily operations run like a "well-oiled machine"- Empathetic Leadership: I build resilient, high-performing teams. I champion a "people - first" approach-shielding teams from organizational friction to create a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and collaboration.I operate best in roles where I can blend strategic foresight and operational discipline, partnering with visionary leaders to navigate complexity with confidence.
