About Latisha Morgan

I started working at age 16 as a server, where I learned the importance of working as a team member, anticipating customer needs and to accommodate others first. With a sprinkling of retail sales/cashiering and cooking for a few years, I worked my way into being a Manager of a convenience store for approximately 2 years, this experience taught me the art of diplomacy, navigating scheduling issues and different personalities. As Administrative Assistant at a church for 9 years, I utilized all of the aforementioned skills and learned so much more, most importantly; keeping a good attitude. The next career choice I made was as a Kitchen Manager at a local elementary school during the uncertain time of COVID-19 it had proven to be the best challenge to date, as a team leader, I facilitated planning and prepping, communicated inventory needs to management, and worked together with coworkers to compile sack meals to be delivered to students in a timely manner. My goal in every position I have held has been to be cross-trained in all available facets of the business to hopefully make myself indispensable to each employer. I am currently a rural mail carrier with an hour commute both ways, the pay is great, but the commute is rough. Very interested in considering other options.
