With over 10 years of experience in various roles related to education, recruiting, and virtual work, I am passionate about finding and connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities. As a Recruitment Specialist at Arizona Autism United (AZA United), a nonprofit organization that provides support and services to families affected by autism, I use my strategic and effective sourcing skills, my knowledge of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and staffing metrics, and my candidate engagement and communication abilities to recruit qualified and diverse candidates for various positions within the organization. I am motivated by AZA United's mission to help children and families reach their full potential, and I value the collaborative and inclusive culture of the team. I bring a unique perspective and experience to the role, as I am also a certified English as a second language (ESL) instructor, fluent in three languages, and adept at working remotely and across different time zones. In my current role, I manage the entire recruitment process for various roles at AZA United, from setting up job postings and reviewing resumes, to conducting interviews, coordinating interviews and extending offers. I am experienced recruiting for clinical, administrative and level one technical roles. I also run reports and analyze data to measure and improve the recruitment outcomes and efficiency. Additionally, I maintain a positive and professional relationship with the candidates, ensuring that they have a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process. Some of my achievements include streamlining the ATS workflows, improving/maintaining the candidate satisfaction rate through regular feedback and follow-up, and implementing the use of one-way interviews. I leverage my virtual work, recruiting, and interviewing skills to deliver high-quality results and support the organization's growth and impact.
