Currently managing a store within a Company that has been listed on the Fortune’s 500 top companies several times throughout my career. I use business metrics, and analysis to monitor and improve my stores performance. I am developing plans to exceed customers expectations throughout the business that I oversee. Continuing to identify plans that will help my business succeed through difficult economic influences. Currently focuses on team building, and individual growth through survey analysis and direct interaction. I also, demonstrate creativity and strength when faced with adversity and challenges. Determines business needs through profit analysis, and budget planning that adhere to the business metrics. Currently managing a business that generate more than 63 million dollars in sales per fiscal year, and have ran stores generating upwards of 73 million dollars per year. 15 years of dedication to this company is what I am most proud of as well as leading and developing my team. I am in my 3rd Facility as a Store Manager and willing to take on any challenges ahead of me, and whatever the company task me to do. I am truly proud to be a WalMart Manager.
