I'm a unicorn of sorts! I love all facets of building environments where humans can be the best version of themselves in the workplace. In layman's terms, I dig the HR/People field, specifically the end-to-end talent journey, inclusion, development, and culture spaces. I have a knack for being able to take complex challenges and simplifying them to make everyone's experience easier.better! I have customized culture plans and implementations saving organizations millions of dollars that otherwise would have gone externally. I have partnered with senior executives on organizational design, delivery and development initiatives, fully developed in-house. Innovating, agile design and delivery, and scaling are skills I've mastered due to necessity, and now function as my go-to skillset for driving efficiency. My multi-diverse background has helped me to always consider things from different perspectives and build the most inclusive teams humanly possible! Most days, I absolutely love what I do which is such a great honor.
