I have been employed with Meggitt for over 10 years. My skills include but are not limited to:*leadership *SAP *6S *Quality *Problem Solving *Being a team player *Procurement *Supply Chain Management I started out learning how to properly clean and repair fuel cells. I learned how to inspect the fuel cells for defects. I assisted with training new hires on how to properly do the job also. In 2020, I became a team leader and I was in charge of placing people on prioritized tanks and getting them out in a timely matter. I managed the floor and prioritized tasks. I worked with others in order to get the job done. I communicated the daily and weekly plans with my team to let them know what was expected. In March of 2021, I changed job positions and became a Work Center Coordinator. My role consisted of making sure that the daily, weekly, and monthly plans were followed. I covered the whole department and communicated with supervision to make sure they had what they needed to keep the product moving. Now I have moved on to procurement. Here I place orders, manage vendors, and monitor inventory levels to ensure adherence to our schedule. I communicate with my vendors on a daily basis and provide as much visibility as possible to improve their performance as well as ours. My job is to get the best buy, without jeopardizing quality, delivered at the right time.
