As Senior VP and CFO of Achieva, a leading provider of supports and services for people with disabilities and their families, I leverage my 10+ years of experience in operational management and leadership to drive organizational growth and efficiency. I oversee the fiscal and budgeting operations, human resource functions, information technology, and facilities management for Achieva and its affiliates, ensuring alignment with the department's vision and goals. I also spearhead the development and implementation of effective tools and strategies to optimize operational performance and customer satisfaction. In my previous role as Deputy Director at Allegheny County Department of Human Services, I collaborated with multiple external stakeholders on cross-system projects and enhanced productivity of under-performing areas.
