Background
About Laura Beeston
Professional writer with 10+ years of experience reporting, editing, producing and curating content for print, broadcast, digital media and events. More recently a conference builder and creator of meaningful exchange in live and online functions. I help organizations research, find topics and speakers, build panels, and prep conversations and networking opportunities that inform, inspire and excite audiences. As an interviewer, host and moderator, my favourite role, I aim to listen deeply and ask the next best question. Coming from news journalism, I'm driven to inform, developed a default bullsh*t detector and have high standards of excellence. I motivate clients to express their visions, projects and copy with curiosity, clarity and humanity, helping them find the words to do so. Other skills include content strategy, communications and production management, project development and coordination, leadership and boardroom experience. Let's talk!
