About Laura Blanshard

With over a decade of experience across both agency and in-house teams, I’ve built a career that bridges the gap between creative vision and operational delivery. From running global campaigns for Just Eat Takeaway, to leading full creative departments covering film, design, and animation — I thrive at the intersection of big ideas and flawless execution. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, scaled creative operations, managed multi-million-pound budgets, and brought to life everything from TVCs and branded docs to social content and experiential campaigns. I believe in work that makes people feel something — and I bring energy, clarity, and collaboration to every project I touch. My background as a videographer-turned-producer gives me a hands-on understanding of craft, while my leadership experience has taught me how to champion teams, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and push creative to where it needs to be. Whether I'm pitching, building teams, or running shoots, I bring the same mindset: make it smart, make it human, and make it happen.
