About Laura Booth

Operations and delivery leader with a background in large‑scale events and regional management. I have extensive experience leading cross‑functional teams, managing complex operations, and driving operational excellence across fast‑paced environments. My career includes overseeing high‑volume delivery across conferences, corporate workshops, community programmes, and more than weddings, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high‑quality outcomes across multiple locations and stakeholders, all environments that demand precision, adaptability, and calm decision‑making. These experiences have strengthened my ability to manage competing priorities, mitigate risk, and deliver consistent outcomes under pressure.Leadership is at the heart of my work. I’ve recruited, developed, and coached regional teams, built strong internal cultures, and introduced processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality. I enjoy bringing people together, strengthening collaboration, and creating environments where teams feel empowered to perform at their best. Operationally, I bring experience across CRM oversight, workflow optimisation, vendor negotiation, budget management, and strategic planning. I’ve partnered closely with senior leadership and board members to shape long‑term objectives, lead change programmes, and support sustainable organisational growth.I thrive in roles that combine people leadership, operational improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration, particularly within remote or distributed teams.
