About Laura Borree

I have a wide-ranging financial background, I’ve ran teller lines, supervised offices and engaged in member service roles. Each position that I have held has given me new perspectives and insight on branch management. I have worked extensively with daily and monthly balancing, I have been responsible for staffing and scheduling along with writing and performing annual reviews, monthly one on ones and immediate coaching, implementing a variety of education and self-discovery tools. I have completed many training programs in order to become poised in the art of cross sell and anticipation of member’s needs. Having held a variety of Universal roles have taught me to prioritize, switch gears efficiently and multitask different situation requirements. The number one enjoyment I get out of my career is being able to grow and sustain relationships with members, staff and in the community.
