Whether it's simplifying internal processes or communicating about the transport network, I keep the public at the centre of what I do. I have worked in all levels of government. I have vast experience working with internal and external stakeholders, and communicating through many mediums with various audiences. I have developed specialist skills in process analysis and improvement along the way. A Jill of all trades, I can pick up the work. I'm not afraid to learn new things and have an open mind when meeting new people. I have worked with people from all walks of life, including people with chronic health conditions, children from financially disadvantaged families and young Bangladeshis. I hope I get to meet you on my career journey.
