About Laura Boudes

Passionate about sciences from an early age, after obtaining my French general High School Diploma in 2018 with honours, I did a year of Preparatory Class in Physics Chemistry and Engineering Sciences. This program is an undergraduate intense course to prepare nationwide competitive exams in sciences. This year was in fact an enriching one, both academically and humanly. Then, I reoriented myself in order to acquire an Associate’s degree in Metrology with a specialisation in Materials Engineering and Physico-chemical controls. This diploma is equivalent to a higher national diploma in Physics and Measurements Engineering. In September 2024, I graduated from the Energy Engineering program at IMT Nord Europe (France) which offers scientific technical skills such as Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Dynamic Thermal Simulation and 3D modelling using Solidworks. During these three years in Engineering school, I was also a part-time worker, as an apprentice Engineer in Energy Efficiency, at ENGIE Energies Services, a major actor in the energy sector. After my graduation in September 2024 I started a V.I.E program as R&D Engineer in Arkema Japan in which I am mainly working on the battery subject.
