With me, your real estate needs come first. One reason I chose to work with the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand is because it represents the highest professional integrity and ethical standards worldwide. After ten years of working as a real estate broker in the Charlotte and Lake Norman real estate market under the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand, I acquired the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Landmark Properties franchise in August of 2020. This move allowed me to expand my territory to include Hickory and the surrounding foothills area to better assist my clients. Our company expanded in 2022 and opened a second office location in Sherrills Ford to also have a presence in the Lake Norman & Charlotte areas. The Charlotte and Hickory metro areas of North Carolina offer the best of both worlds. You can enjoy the beauty of the extraordinary countryside. Mountains, lakes, beaches, and an abundance of golf courses are a short drive away. Another plus is our climate, with shorter winters, earlier springs, and longer summers. My goal is to help make both the buying and selling process less stressful by guiding my real estate brokers and staying in contact with my clients, keeping them informed and up to date. We provide our real estate brokers with the training, marketing tools, and support to achieve their client’s real estate goals. For buyers, I handle all of the details involved in purchasing a new, resale, or custom-built home, including land and investment property. For sellers, I have a marketing system specifically designed to help them net the most money in the shortest time possible.
