I am a Senior Sales Manager at Progressive with extensive knowledge and experience in Independent Insurance Agency marketing. I work to develop market strategies that are profitable for both my company and my clients. I work to design a path to success tailored to each individual group and develop a sales plan to exceed goal. I can help them maximize their sales potential and set new goals. I currently manage an 80+ million dollar territory of some of the best insurance sales professionals in the business. We're focused on identifying and managing each opportunity to it's fullest potential. I also have experience with course development and implementation in this, as well as other sales and marketing related areas along with extensive experience in using a data driven approach to build a successful sales plan. I have substantial sales training and negotiation skills as well as formal training in CSP and VSP. I am also a freelance photographer and website builder.
