About Laura Bryan

I'm a big believer in people. In every strengths test I've ever done, my result has always been the same: a "blue", or someone motivated by people with a strong desire to help others. As I've moved through my career, I've found this is always the case. Whether I'm leading a team of student leaders in advocacy efforts, collaborating across business units, or engaging with stakeholders, people are at the forefront of everything I do. Interpersonal relationships are extremely important to me in my immediate team and broader organizations. I've worked on EDI committees in university and my insurance career, always looking to create an environment where everyone feels safe, heard, and valued. I always strive to bring my people-first perspective to the table when leading, no matter the industry, and I look to make decisions in a thoughtful, balanced, and collaborative way. I use this approach to solve business problems and create inclusive and pragmatic solutions. I am always looking to engage meaningfully in personal and professional development and welcome any opportunity to grow, learn, and evolve.
