I am an Organizational Development Consultant at RC Warner Consulting, where I help organizations strengthen leadership, inclusion, and workforce effectiveness through research-driven consulting and scalable learning solutions. My work spans statewide training initiatives in healthcare and human services, leadership coaching programs, and building internal systems that align strategy with execution. One of my key focus areas is developing the A.S.C.E.N.D. Pathway Program™, RC Warner’s flagship talent development model. A.S.C.E.N.D. is designed to prepare the next generation of inclusive consultants and organizational leaders through structured internships, applied fellowships, and a credentialed learning pathway grounded in six pillars: Aspire, Self-Awareness, Courage, Equity, Navigate, and Development. With dual master’s degrees in Organizational Psychology and Business Administration, I bring both academic rigor and practical consulting experience.
