Starting from the role of teller, I've had the opportunity to grow and evolve alongside the industry, embracing its unique challenges and rewards.Currently, I serve as the Risk Manager for PFCU, where I oversee the Compliance, Fraud, Quality Assurance, and Document Retention departments. My role is all about ensuring that we not only meet regulatory standards but also uphold the trust our members place in us every day.What drives me is the chance to make a real impact; whether that's by streamlining processes, enhancing our fraud prevention strategies, or fostering a culture of continuous improvement across teams. I believe in proactive risk management and the power of collaboration to navigate the complexities of our field.Outside of work, I'm passionate about spending time with my family, travel, social justice, and continuous learning. All of which helps me maintain a balanced perspective and brings fresh ideas to my professional life.
