I am a customer focused individual with over seven years experience in customer service, across retail and corporate environments. At H&M I helped to lead a team that thrived in delivering exceptional customer experiences. At Equiniti, my focus was on applying my expertise to enhance customer service administration processes, as well as handling sensitive documentation, and maintaining precise records. At PIN, in my role as a Customer Data Executive, I was responsible for ensuring customers were delivered accurate and timely data, while also acting as first point of contact for any customer queries or issue resolution.I graduated Liverpool John Moores University in 2023 with a BA (Hons) in Marketing. This gave me a strong understanding of customer behaviour, communication, and data-led decision making. I am particularly interested in opportunities that focus on customer insight, in roles within marketing, data, or administration. I bring a real eagerness to learn and adapt, as well as a proactive attitude, with a track record of working well under pressure and using initiative to take on complex tasks. I am eager to progress with my career and bring my skills and experience into a new role.
