As a Datacenter Technician at Microsoft, I work with a team of specialists to ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and security of the company's cloud infrastructure. I apply my skills in data analytics, problem solving, and communication to troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and implement enhancements across multiple data centers. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the National College of Ireland in 2022, where I specialized in Data Analytics and learned how to use various tools and techniques to collect, process, and visualize data. I also gained valuable experience in customer service, hospitality, IT maintenance and housekeeping from my previous roles, which helped me develop a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability. I am passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow in my current role at Microsoft.
