I am currently a Vice President at Consumer Protection BC. I started at Consumer Protection BC in 2012 as a Customer Services Coordinator, as I had multiple years experience in customer service roles. In 2016 I took on my new role as a manager and successfully merged two teams, as well as introduced online services to our client base. These have been rewarding and challenging tasks. I enjoy giving back to my community by volunteering. I find my role with Volunteer Victoria very rewarding. I enjoy strengthening my leadership skills as co-president, along with chairing the HR committee. It gives me the opportunity to work with a different set of people with diverse back grounds and ideas. I'm always inspired by people achieving their goals, whether it be personal (completing a race they've trained for), or professional (watching staff grow in their roles and taking on new challenges).
