I have vast experience from the different roles I have had in Human Resources. All of which were very different from each other, yet all had the same objective and that is working for the employees. Being a neutral source for employees to solve their employment concerns goes hand in hand with being a tool for managers and supervisors to become effective leaders for their staff.
