My career has always revolved around sport, health, and helping others move better. With a degree in Sports & Exercise Science, I first worked in the UAE as a Physical & Health Education teacher. Teaching gave me the foundations of leadership, communication, and program design that I still use daily.After taking a year to travel and volunteer, I committed fully to the fitness industry and became a certified Personal Trainer. Since then, I’ve worked with diverse clients on strength, mobility, and performance goals, while continuously developing my skills and knowledge to provide the best support possible. I enjoy up-skilling and educating myself in all areas of fitness, performance, and health.Sport is also central to my life outside work — I’ve played GAA for over 20 years and now coach conditioning sessions for both men’s and ladies’ teams in Dubai.
