A senior leader, passionate in supply chain and project portfolio management with 20+ years of public sector experience. I inspire teams, galvanizing people to champion projects and initiatives while stretching goals. A savvy business planner, I devise strategic processes, metrics and reporting tools that advance organizational goals, while liaising with stakeholders at all levels.Through my roles as Board Member of the National Institute of Supply Chain Leaders NISCL (formerly SCMAO), Lecturer and Industry Speaker at colleges, universities, and conferences, I have contributed in leading the way for supply chain transformation across the country.Certified in both Supply Chain and Project Management, I serve as a subject matter expert due to my broad exposure with municipal clients and external authorities. My experience includes: strategic business transformation, procurement and vendor management, construction and IT capital infrastructure development, and facilities management which allow me to view organization-wide linkages and trends. I build process efficiency and improve work productivity by identifying bottlenecks and collaborating to design and implement solutions.With expertise in procurement, I blend operational and strategic insight into the procurement life cycle and determine the best value for commodities over $1M with combined spend analysis over $1B. An invited speaker/advisor for various associations and institutions presenting on topics related to supply chain integration and business transformation. Spearheaded analysis, standardization, and improvement of vendor performance management process, evaluation criteria, and technology, including new technology platform and business intelligence reporting. Created a Project Management Office serving 6 Departments and developed a customized project management methodology, reporting and launch of PM software system. Pinpointing solutions to problems with vendor performance, schedule adherence and cost overages, I lead lessons learned consultations with multi-level stakeholders regularly.
