I am an adept of the words “Never stop learning and always stay hungry for more.” My own belief is that no matter how aware you are of your core capabilities, chances are you’ll still learn something new every day. I am a self-motivated and energetic individual, with superb interpersonal skills who is driven by a strong desire to achieve results and improve the standards of quality. I work effectively as a part of a team and have a good level of emotional intelligence along with great strategic thinking, leadership and organizational skills. I always look for identifying areas of performance improvement, ways to implement automation steps where needed. I act as a change agent to support and drive the business forward and not afraid to challenge the status quo if I feel it is hindering progress. I am using my background in the quality processes in order to identify the key variables to help categorize and validate the data, to amend and implement such variables in order to properly clean data. On personal level I am humble enough to escalate issues and seek assistance when I need to. I possess excellent communication skills and I can quickly establish rapport and credibility with managers and peers at all levels. In addition to this, I am a strategic thinker who has the ability to understand the big picture and foresee wider implication of decision making.
