I’m all about creating welcoming, inclusive environments where people feel connected and supported. With over a decade of experience in people operations and event management, I’ve had the pleasure of working in roles that let me do just that. I started my career at UBC, where I helped make the university experience a little smoother and a lot more engaging for students from all over the world. From organizing events to managing operations, I loved being part of a team that made a real difference in students' lives. I’m currently the Office & People Operations Coordinator at Thinkific, where I can continue my passion for building a great workplace culture. My goal is to make sure our team feels empowered, included, and ready to do their best work. It’s all about the little things that make a big difference, from planning team events to streamlining operations. I’m also a big believer in the power of continuous learning, especially when it comes to equity, diversity, and inclusion. I’m always looking for ways to improve and make sure everyone feels valued.
