Gastvrijheid is mijn passie. Ik geloof dat gastvrijheid de kracht is achter succesvolle en gelukkige mensen en bedrijven. Het is daarom mijn missie om de wereld gastvrijer en daarmee menselijker en gelukkiger te maken. Graag deel ik mijn expertise en hoop ik zo veel mogelijk mensen te inspireren en te helpen te groeien in gastvrijheid. Sinds 2007 ben ik gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen en verankeren van gastvrijheid, met een focus op psychologie, gedrag en veranderkunde. Als directeur van Gastvrijheid in Bedrijf sinds 2013, werk ik samen met mijn collega's om gastvrijheid te versterken en te integreren in het DNA van diverse organisaties. Onze programma's omvatten impactvolle trainingen, doe-het-zelf tools en leiderschapsontwikkeling. Delen staat hoog in het vaandel bij ons, omdat we geloven in het "Wat je geeft, krijg je terug"-principe. Since 2007, I have specialized in developing and embedding hospitality, with a focus on psychology, behavior, and change management. As the director of Gastvrijheid in Bedrijf since 2013, I collaborate with my colleagues to strengthen and integrate hospitality in diverse organizations. Our programs include impactful training sessions, user-friendly tools, and leadership development. At the core of our values is the belief in the principle "Give, and you shall receive."
