People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it.” - Simon Sinek This quote has been my life’s mantra. It has woven together the past eight years of my vocational journey. From health coaching to building brands and optimizing systems, I have aligned my 'why’ with ‘what’ I do: to embody and inspire authenticity, advocate for justice, and foster a culture of presence and wholeness. I've used my professional background to empower individuals in discovering the deeper meaning behind their work and established systems to support them along the way. Why? To cultivate a community that lives, works, and engages with each other by intention rather than default. Current Responsibilities:* I am supporting a team of seven, including leadership and programming staff, in project management and execution.* I am developing operationalized systems to ensure the effective implementation of initiatives centered around social justice and anti-human trafficking.* I am creating and providing training to staff members on organizational strategies.* I am serving as the primary liaison for the Center for Justice and Reconciliation to students, faculty, staff, other departments, and external partners.
