As Head of Own Brand at Coles Group, I lead the innovation and quality of meat, deli, seafood & convenience products across Australia. With over eight years of experience in the retail and food service industry, I have a strong background in food technology and processing, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality and sustainable products to customers. In my previous roles, I have successfully managed the technical aspects of canned products at Tesco, and contributed to the development and improvement of deli products at Coles Group. I have also demonstrated skills in catering, sensory evaluation, retail, meat, and continuous improvement. My mission is to leverage my expertise and creativity to enhance the food experience and satisfaction of Coles Group's customers and stakeholders.
