With over 2 decades of experience, I have a diverse background as a Sr. Account Executive, supporting Fortune 500 companies, and a Senior Leader in Patient Experience and Physician/Nurse Learning and Development within a large healthcare organization. My expertise spans leadership, strategic planning, L&D, and healthcare operations, with a proven track record of establishing the vision and executing innovative strategies that have led to increased nurse retention, clinical well-being, organizational excellence & growth, employee engagement & development, performance optimizations, and patient outcomes. I am known for bringing a positive energy, along with authenticity and dedication to my work.
