About Laura Easter

Growing up, I was adamant that something in the legal sector was the career I wanted to pursue. In the end, that turned out to be not quite the truth. Despite working with a bunch of brilliant colleagues, it wasn't for me. However, it was during this time of my life that I started to dabble in blogging, YouTube and social media, and my love of digital began. I got my first foot in the door at an independent hotel marketing agency. There, I learned the tricks of the trade. I worked with some incredible 5* star clients, made some brilliant friends. and then COVID happened, and of course, the hospitality industry didn't fare well. I was, like so many others, made redundant in 2020. At the time, it felt horrendous. Now, I refer to it as one of the best decisions anyone has ever made for me, because it created an opportunity for me to take the next leap. Plus, it's proof that a backwards step isn't always a bad thing. Enter, OneAgency - the perfect environment for my creative, data-led digital approach. Since October 2020, I've made it my mission to keep the target audience at the heart of everything I do. I'm fascinated by and enjoy implementing all elements of an integrated digital strategy, but social media will always have a very special place in my heart. B2B, B2C, paid, organic, you name it. I just bloody love it.
