I am currently at ease in my new role at the beautiful Quirk Hotel in Downtown Charlottesville, VA. We cultivate memories that last a lifetime with Retro Hospitality. Specialty skills: Communication, creativity, resourcefulness, compassion, flexibility, leadership, listening, mentoring, and team work. Previously held positions: Water Safety, Fresh Water Life Guard, Law Enforcement Services Clerk, Sales, and Hospitality. Other Skills: management, research, compiling statistical data for reports, writing, creating spreadsheets, correspondence and communication, customer service and salesmanship, leadership, administrative and secretarial support, and scheduling. Establishing and maintaining department automated files and records; entering and updating computer data; researching and retrieving data from information systems; generating reports, lists, spreadsheets and other documents; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, C.I.S, REC TRAC, and various other software. Managing other staff and performing In-Service Training. I specialize in performing any and all tasks under pressure and or duress.
