About Laura Galbusera

I am an Executive Assistant who supports c-suite leaders based in the U.S. and EMEA, one of whom I assist with European clients, and where I have been recognized as one of the outstanding Executive Assistants at my company creating a collegial, supportive environment. Working across time zones for senior executives requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to consistently meet deadlines and provide seamless day-to-day administrative tasks; as a result, senior leaders delegate more responsibility to me based on my track record. Earlier in my career, I project managed the opening of a global law firm’s first U.S. office, working with service providers to set up the infrastructure and purchasing office equipment while liaising with HQ in Italy. My educational credentials include having earned a law degree, which has been an advantage to my employers in both the financial services and legal sectors. Additionally, I supported the Head of Compliance, which provided me a deeper knowledge of legal and regulatory issues. Additionally, I am fluent in English, Italian, and B1 in Spanish.
