I’m a results-driven sales and development professional with over 15 years of experience building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering impactful training programs. I began my career in customer-facing roles at McDonald’s and Shoppers Drug Mart, where I developed a strong foundation in teamwork, communication, and leadership. In 2016, I transitioned into sales at Shred-it, starting in Inside Sales where I consistently exceeded targets making 500+ calls per week, and later advancing to Outside Sales, managing strategic accounts across downtown Toronto. This experience honed my consultative selling, client relationship management, and territory development skills. I currently serve as a Sales Performance and Development Specialist at FedEx, leading onboarding and education initiatives across Canada. I design and deliver foundational training for new hires as well as advanced programs for tenured team members on topics like Global Strategic Selling and Supply Chain Solutions. I’ve also facilitated high-performance coaching sessions to over employees globally. Previously, as a Sales Executive, I managed a multi-million-dollar territory, partnering with C-suite and director-level clients while mentoring new hires, serving as Culture Lead, and contributing to the Sales Advisory Board. I’m passionate about empowering teams to perform at their best, fostering professional growth, and driving measurable results.
