I assist businesses and employees in finding the compromise.Career background:Spanning two continents my professional career has been an interesting and diverse journey commencing as a Recruitment Consultant in the UK engaging contract staff for three major financial services firms, now offering HR and Recruitment Advisory.During my decade-long tenure with Adecco and further into my career, I naturally gravitated towards process improvement, software solutions, and projects that involved stakeholder management, project planning, and extensive classroom and one-to-one training delivery. Whilst at Adecco I was approached to work for PULSE Staffing, to become one of the first Business Process Managers in the business, my objective was to implement new processes and systems adhering to the stringent NHS PaSA standards.A relocation to Melbourne in October 2007 with one of the largest recruitment firms, Hudson, I moved to Astute during the start-up phase, later joining TalentConnection in 2012.Currently I work in parallel to TalentConnection, with an amazing array of clients, predominantly working with Galvin-Rowley Executive and Working Parents Connect/End2End HR Solutions as a pivotal member of their teams both client-facing delivery and operationally.
