About Laura Giusti

Laura Giusti, born and raised in Italy, is an Industrial Engineer with many years of experience in Luxury Industries and in an international context. She started looking for new business and professional horizons very soon and she now brings skills in business development (infrastructures, people and profitability), retail distributors network management, new emerging markets, sales, training and corporate leadership in Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific. Laura started her career at 24 years old in Ferrari Spa in the Production Department, then moving to Maserati Spa in Modena first and later on to Dubai as business, network development and sales training manager. Later on she moved to Singapore for Lamborghini brand with the same assignment for the Asian Pacific markets. During her work experiences Laura progressed rapidly to a position of higher responsibility looking after different commercial and industrial areas in competitive times by strengthening: • effective time-management and multi-tasking skills • human resources management • sales relationships with distributors and final customers • planning and forecasting to achieve the company targets • soft skills, brand management, sales training coordination as well as project management • higher degree of flexibility in adapting to different environments • supportive team player skills with positive energy and enthusiasm • connecting people and internalization in different markets where she lived and she currently has connections • communication and presentation skills Laura has strong passions and different interests with an entrepreneurial approach. This has taken her to make the step of restructuring her life and goals around her values by focusing also on the Yachting industry as an experienced sailor and manager as well as on more sensible topics like people development and sustainability. Recently Laura got a Certification as a Coach and through an Emotional Intelligence approach she supports people to take out their best potential.
