As a community engagement leader, I create systems and opportunities where people collaborate and make tangible impact. I serve as Co-Chair of the Volunteer Admin Alliance with Together SC and Community Engagement Manager with the Volunteer Center of the Midlands, United Way-turning big visions into action. I thrive where strategy meets people—building systems, relationships, and momentum that drive lasting change. Recently, I co-led the revitalization of the Volunteer Center, achieving in one week what once took a year: 236% increase in engagement 252% growth in Volunteer Week 208% more opportunities posted Behind each number is a story—a company uniting employees, a student gaining career-shaping experience, a neighbor getting needed support. I align volunteerism with strategy, from federal match hours to scalable internship models and logistics frameworks that build donor confidence. Collaboration is key: working across departments to break silos, bring clarity, and keep people at the center. Curious, compassionate, and results-driven, I measure success in both outcomes and lives touched. My motto is simple: teamwork makes the dream work.
