About Laura Graves

After years of experience as a Counsellor in the NHS and 3rd sector, I completed my Masters degree and embarked on my journey as a Psychotherapist within the occupational health/employee assistance sector. In my efforts for continuous development and growth I utilised my clinical skills in a Senior Clinical role, managing a team of therapists and being the point of contact for risk and safeguarding. My experience led me to be a Clinical Lead on projects such as Alcohol and Drug Programmes and Mental Health Education. I developed skills in areas such as data analysis, complaints, clinical governance, content creation and training. My role at Lyra allows me to focus on maintaining the incredible culture that was established long before me. With my priority being supportive of the team and daily operations of our fantastic service. A happy workforce is a solid foundation for a beautiful service for clients. Additionally, my role enables me to utilise my clinical experience as being a point of clinical escalation, governance and leadership.
