Functional Global Leadership: Led the newly integrated global Business and Program Management organization, comprising approximately 150 team members, in Product Development. Guided the development of key capabilities, including the creation of value propositions, prioritization approaches, service models, standards, and workforce skills across a variety of enabling roles: Program Management, Project Management, Business Management and Change Management. This organization was instrumental in the successful delivery of all priority molecule and initiative teams, supporting Product Development and Pharma's strategic portfolio goals. Strategy Initiative Leadership: Played a critical role in the Pharma Priority R&D Excellence initiative, through PMO leadership during the "fact-finding" and solution development phases. Contributed to the strategic framework that earned approval from the Roche Board of Directors and Corporate Executive Committee (CEC). Ensured the successful execution of 50 initiatives by designing a systematic implementation approach. Collaborated with the PMO, project teams, and functional leaders to improve solution adoption, sustainability, and realization of intended benefits.Transformation Leadership: Led the development of the vision and strategy for the Genentech/Roche Product Development (PD) Transformation Project Delivery Workpackage Team. Shaped the direction of an integrated model for all enabling roles within PD, which evolved into the 450-person Portfolio Strategy & Execution (PSE) organization. People-oriented Leadership: As a functional leader at Roche/Genentech, achieved very high Global Employee Opinion Survey engagement scores, ranking among the highest within Genentech for feedback and growth. Demonstrated compassionate leadership by supporting global teams, over 400 members, through significant transitions in ways of working. Continually acted upon feedback to improve the experience for our talent.
