40 years in the insurance, reinsurance and catastrophe management/modeling industries. Was promoted to VP of Sales for Commercial Life/UNUM at age 26. Won multiple top sales awards over 10 years. Recruited to Guy Carpenter & Co,LLC, in NYC in 1996 to lead all Personal Accident, Life, Workers’ Comp and Special Risk treaties, including multiple retrocessional coverages. Managed all of the issues surrounding 9/11 claims for 2 years. Brought on over $3m of new business. Transferred to Seattle to lead the A&H and Workers’ Compensation teams of $15m in income over 30+ treaties. Won the “Broking Team of the Year” award for the bespoke Property, Terrorism and Pandemic program for Kaiser Permanente. Generated over $10m of revenue. Served on the Regional Senior Executive team to establish goals, objectives, budgets, etc, for 5 years. Recruited to Risk Management Solutions (RMS), the world leader in catastrophe risk management. Managed the largest region in the company worldwide with $60m of revenue and generated 8-10% growth YOY during a recession. Oversight of 15 employees in 3 countries and 5 locations. Consistently attained the highest Customer Service scores worldwide.
