About Laura Handley

I’m the Strategic Operations director at RedWizard, a core team of women committed to helping businesses transform their engagement of the extended workforce. My passion for doing things differently was ignited by first-hand experiences of frustrated change management in my early career in education. Yet, at the same time this gave me valuable transferable skills such as stakeholder management, team leadership, planning and strategic thinking that have helped me grow to where I am now. My focus? The human side of change. I've learned that while processes and technology are important, it's people who make or break any transformation. All that resistance and negativity you’re facing can be helped by building relationships and providing the right information at the right time in the right format.
