The vast organism that is the event management industry, is an all-encompassing, boundary-less, creative sector that fascinates me. I have a passion to exceed the expectations of key stakeholders- from suppliers, Human Resources, sales, marketing and ultimately the end client. I believe it is paramount to communicate properly and efficiently to teams of all levels from word go, to ensure the ultimate delivery of the event/ service. I recognise that the event industry is vastly dynamic, and continually evolving through both external and internal factors. A close attention to detail therefore, is essential. Above all, the sector requires hard work, responsibility, problem solving, good time keeping and determination-I believe that these are attributes of which I now possess & I continue to improve. I have a positive outlook and willingness to develop and learn, overcoming problems with a high level of competency, in order to help achieve goals. I am committed, and have the ability to work under pressure as an individual, or in a team, & adapt to any situation.
