About Laura Hoffman

After spending many years as an educator, Laura has found her experience to be very useful when working with individuals, families, and business owners to meet their financial needs. She’s dedicated to utilizing an educational approach so that each client feels properly informed while making financial decisions. Her goal is to create working relationships built on a solid foundation of respect, confidence, and communication, and to be there through the things we plan for, the things we don’t expect, and everything in between. Laura earned her bachelor’s degree early childhood education & elementary education from Winona State University, and her master’s degree in education from the University of St. Thomas. She is FINRA Series 7 & 66 registered, and has her Minnesota Life, Health, and Variable insurance license. As a true Minnesotan, Laura loves to spend time at the cabin with her husband, daughter, and their black lab. She enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and considers herself a novice fly fisherman. In her free time, she also volunteers to help young readers and writers in her community.
